As it generally happens with this type of constructions, the barn does not appear in its original appearence but it makes up a bigger building due to the successive extensions and refurnishments made to adapt the barn to the new times. The guideline followed in the work was to consevate and to consolidate as much as possible completing the lacks with the experienceacquired in the restoration of Agarre Barn. The new pieces were made exactly as the old ones reproducing them with the same construction systems as they were built. All the work was exhaustively documented and photographed in order to offer a better understanding of the intervention carried out. All the information was used to write the book Restoration of Agarre Barn.
